```Duties:```
- Provide direct patient care in a variety of healthcare settings, including nursing homes, ERs, and ophthalmology clinics.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Perform venipuncture and other specimen collection procedures.
- Assist with dialysis procedures and monitor patients during treatment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.
- Provide health coaching and support to patients to promote wellness and disease prevention.
