Job Responsibilities
- Receive and enter retail and wholesale orders accurately, caring about the result.
- Be responsive to requests by management and internal business partners
- Receiving and managing customer requests and support via phone, email, etc.
- Manage and prioritize shipping schedules
- Support office teammates in repair and parts division.
- Help customers find solutions that make working with Luwa a positive experience.
- Keep track of all details surrounding customer orders and process with care.
- Research and respond to customer requests with urgency.
- Communicate professionally with retail customers, manufactures, and internal business partners in a way that shows you care.
- Keep and maintain filing of orders and process updates.
- Special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Some secondary schooling
- Professional behavior and respect for all coworkers.
- Minimum one year of CSR experience
- Organized and responsive
- Attention to detail. Observant of common-sense solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general business applications
- Desire and willingness to care for our customer's needs.
- Valid WA state driver’s license
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion on material sensitive in nature
- Comfort working with Microsoft Office software and basic business software.
- Ability to write a proper business email.
- Interest in caring for luxury customers wishes and needs.
- Ability to establish and maintain productive work relationships with staff and clients. Be kind.
- Strong verbal and non-verbal communication abilities with all customers and business interactions.
- Ability to be creative and think of customer facing solutions to challenges.
- Maintain awareness of changes to our products and services and communicate these forwards to our customers.
- Ability to perform basic math such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to find solutions to challenges that arise in business.
- Ability to independently manage customer service and office/project workflow
