Overview:
Pay - $75/hr.-$85/hr. DOE
Sign-on bonus: $500
Part-time contract position (5-10 hours a week to start)
(Associate Clinicians considered at $55/hr.-$65/hr.) *We can provide supervision hours*
Hours: Sessions scheduled Mon-Thurs within 1pm-7 pm PST
We're growing! Embark Behavioral Health is looking for therapists who are committed to our mission of reducing adolescent anxiety, depression and suicide to staff a Virtual IOP to serve the clients in Oregon. As an Embark Virtual IOP Therapist, you will be supported by an experienced Executive Director, Clinical Director and Administrative Team that are all focused on the mission to facilitate lasting positive change for young people and their families.
This is a contracted position and group hours are Monday through Thursday from 1pm to 7pm pm PST. You must have some availability during those hours.
Responsibilities:
- Various responsibilities include running IOP group, individual therapy, family therapy, and treatment team/discharge planning discussion.

This position requires direct client work and you must be passionate about working with clients ages 12-28 and their families.
Qualifications:
- Full Clinical Licensure in Oregon or Associate Clinical Licensure in Oregon

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LPC) OR Registered Associates (Supervision hours can be provided by our Oregon-licensed LPC, otherwise outside supervision needed)

Preferred - Two years of working experience as a licensed therapist leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

Preferred - One year of experience using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.

Experience practicing DBT, TF-CBT and ERP a plus!

Ability to plan, implement, and adjust a course of treatment as required.

Ability to pass a state background check.
