Role Description
The APA accredited Clinical Psychology department at The Chicago School in Los Angeles, CA, seeks candidates to fill Adjunct Faculty positions for the Fall 2024 semester. There are sections of several doctoral-level classes still available. Those courses are listed below. The semester starts August 26th and ends December 2nd. All courses will be taught on-ground at our Downtown LA campus. As an Adjunct Faculty member, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality, engaging lectures and other learning activities, tracking student progress, grading assessments, providing feedback, and holding office hours. Model syllabi are provided.

Qualifications
· A PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology or related field, from a regionally accredited institution.
· Completion of an APA accredited program preferred.
· Expertise in the specific teaching area reflected in advanced training (e.g., internship/fellowship/post-doc), publications/presentations, or advanced (and continuing) education.
· Teaching experience preferred.
· Capacity to work with a diverse population including students from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and learning requirements.
· Excellent communication skills- the ability to effectively articulate complex subject matter to students, faculty members, and colleagues.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $31.82 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
