A growing publishing company is currently seeking a remote experienced Legal Operations Process and Technology Manager professional to join their team.
Responsibilities:
The Legal Operations Process and Technology Manager (Remote) will:

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of workflows, technology and tools that support the legal and compliance team's activities, such as commercial contract negotiation and management, matter management, e-billing, document management, knowledge management, and litigation reporting

Collaborate with the procurement, IT and legal organization in identifying the desired functionality, selecting, procuring, deploying, and administering legal software
-
Provide training, support, and troubleshooting for the legal and compliance team and other users of the legal systems and data
-
Stay abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in legal operations and technology
-
Manage relationships and contracts with external vendors and service providers
-
Facilitate and champion the department's Knowledge Management system
Qualifications:

Experience in Legal Operations for a Law firm or In-House Law Department

Deep understanding of Legal Technology, Process Management, and Knowledge Management

Knowledge of the Legal industry, processes, and functions, and the technologies and solutions that support them

Familiarity with Project Management, Process Improvement, and Change Management methodologies & tools

Solid analytical and problem solving skills
