Suncadia Resort is looking for Craft Bartenders, Barbacks, and a Lead Bartender to create memorable food & beverage experiences at the resort's newest restaurant, The Source - Plates & Pours. As a part of the Bar team you'll use your creativity and knowledge of mixology to prepare and serve classic and innovative beverages. Using your passion for guest service, you'll assess guest needs, preferences, make recommendations, and take orders. Moreover, you'll create warm and unforgettable moments for our guests and ensure each beverage is crafted with care.

Responsibilities
- A passion for craft cocktail creation is key
- Knowledge of inusing and batching liquor and cocktails
- Provide friendly, personable, and knowledgeable service of food and beverage in accordance with established standards
- Prepare all beverages served in the area of responsibility
- Maintain control of bar area, staff, clientele, guest service, and atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area
- Perform tasks necessary for opening and closing of the facility to the satisfaction of administration and within inventory needs
- Comply with all Washington State labor, health and safety regulations
- Comply with all Suncadia policies and procedure;
- Secure payment for served product
- Maintain issued bank
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience with and knowledge of cocktail crafting
- Knowledge of mixology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that will include evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to work well with others and function well in a fast paced environment
- Cashiering experience
- Current liquor license and food handler permits required
