Job Description: These positions involve a multi-step process involving data entry, customer service, review for clerical accuracy, research, assembly of printed booklets and mail packaging.

Responsibilities: In this team oriented environment your day will include...
- Application Processing: Open applications, review and process passports in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Photo Image Control: Reviewing photographs for accuracy with applications and sealing into booklets
- Data Entry: Accurately input applicant information into the passport processing system. Maintain high standards of data accuracy and integrity.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, clarifying requirements, and offering guidance to applicants.
- Document Verification: Verify the authenticity of supporting documents submitted with passport applications.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews of completed applications to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth processing of passport applications.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and adhere to privacy and government security protocols.
Government Mandated Qualifications:
- US Citizenship
- Credit Worthiness
- No criminal history
- High School Diploma or GED
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in rotating processes
- A minimum of two years’ experience in an office setting
- Ability to work with computers with ease and input data efficiently
- Ability to move up to 45 pounds
Security Clearance Required: This is a US Government secure facility. Employment is conditional on the ability to pass government required criminal and public trust security clearance and credit check.
