We seek a Health Insurance Advisor who is self-motivated and goal-oriented, driven to achieve results. Must have excellent negotiation and communication skills to engage with clients effectively. Sales experience is preferred (training provided).
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, responsiveness to inquiries, and personalized service.
Educating Clients: Provide clear explanations of insurance terms, coverage limits, deductibles, co-payments, and exclusions to help clients make informed decisions.
Customer Service orientated by addressing client needs effectively
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing the sale and administration of health insurance.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Collaborate with colleagues as needed and demonstrate teamwork.
Utilize customer relationship management software to track sales activities and manage customer relationships.
