Client Service Associate
The role of Client Service Associate is part of the Client Service team. The Client Service team is responsible for servicing daily business and service requests that flow into the Service team. A Client Service Associate will work as a 'floater' throughout the team to assist with volumes and other team members' absences.
The Client Service Associate is responsible for working with Affiliated offices, various custodians and vendors to ensure the requests are processed as efficiently as possible. Included in the Client Service Associate role are cross-training responsibilities within the Service/Operations team in order to fill in as needed to various tasks.
A Series 6, 7, 65 or 66 license is preferred but not required. However, if no licensing is currently held there will be a requirement to sit for the SIE test within 3 months of hire.
