Bennett’s recent growth has resulted in a need for a dynamic Clean Fuels Marketing Manager to join our growing team
GENERAL SUMMARY
This is a full-time, salaried exempt position that is instrumental in shaping and executing the Clean Fuels Marketing initiatives at Bennett Pump Company. Proficiency in various computer applications, including those for creating spreadsheets, managing databases, designing graphics, and editing web content, is essential. This position will report to the Vice President of Clean Fuels & Strategic Accounts.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) process to ensure that new products are introduced to the market effectively and in line with company strategies.
- Assist in all incoming requests and validate technical certification alignment.
- Perform product costing and pricing and oversee the Request for Quotation (RFQ) process.
- Review and validate all incoming clean fuels orders (match up terms, conditions, and production expectations with: Contract/Purchase Order/Quote) to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Review, revise, maintain clean fuels product collateral, including quote forms and website support, competitive updates, and regulatory changes
- Start to finish clean fuels trade event coordination, partner displays, coordinate customer meetings, seminars, speakers, post show follow-ups, hotel and travel coordination as needed
- Develop and publish monthly bulletin, publications and press releases
- Attend, participate, coordinate clean fuels meetings with customers & follow-ups (summary notes & assignments/etc.)Promote, schedule, and coordinate clean fuels prospective customer engagements, quote follow-ups, and customer visits to Bennett
- Manage industry activity: stay abreast and communicate funding opportunities, working groups, board seat availability, continuing education, and grand openings
- Service parts updates on our MRP system, website and external distribution - monthly
- Sales support
- Additional functional and cross functional duties as assigned..

- Education & Industry Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Technical Experience: Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products or similar software packages, including: Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop and others.
- Working knowledge of Symix/Syteline & Publisher is a plus.
- Ability to multi task, perform a variety of task and follow directions.
- Experience in the use of office machines required (i.e. computer, calculator, copier, fax, multi-phone lines, postage machine, etc.)
- Must have strong typing skills- 40/60 WPM.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions. Ability to write and understand complex correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
