Job Title: Administrative Assistant to the President
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the President in day to day activities. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the President with project coordination
- Pick up design materials and deliver to clients
- Perform on line searches for various construction related items
- Attend project site meetings
- Support office management by organizing files, supplies, and schedules
Experience:
- Familiarity with project coordination tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The successful candidate will meet with clients on site, visit tile/flooring/design stores to pick up samples, source products online, and perform other tasks as determined by the President.
Must have reliable transportation.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
