Introduction:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team and provide high-quality care to our patients. The Registered Nurse will assess patients' health needs, develop and implement care plans, and provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:

Supervises and directs patient care in the individual operating room

Performs all circulating duties with efficiency and speed

Ensure patient’s emotional, physical and psychological needs are met

Ensures that proper techniques and practices are used according to accepted standards of practice

Supervises and assists scrub technician as necessary
-
Ensures care of patient through proper identification, checking of chart, and reporting of changes in condition

Assists the anesthesiologist/CRNA as necessary
-
Documents all nursing care delivered in the operating room in the medical record

Performs other nursing duties as assigned

Develops and maintains an effective working relationship with patients, families, visitors and other Center employees

Documents concisely and accurately on all records

Ability to adequately assess, diagnose, plan and implement nursing interventions and evaluate patient condition
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Current state license as a Registered Nurse

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room

Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
-
Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
