As our Senior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, overseeing campaigns, handling project management, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You will collaborate closely with internal creative, strategy, and media teams to execute client objectives effectively. We are a quirky, close-knit, small but growing creative team. We have a wide range of client categories ranging from home furnishings and upholstery, outdoor sports to contract and residential flooring, and more. We work closely with each client to execute a wide range of deliverables, including interactive brochures, print ads, social media content, showroom, and tradeshow graphics, websites, logos, e-blasts, in-house videos, audio, photography & more!
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships built on trust and communication.
- Understand clients' goals, challenges, and industry landscape to provide strategic recommendations and solutions.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on campaign progress, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
Campaign Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with clients' objectives and target audience.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and concepts for campaigns.
- Develop detailed project briefs outlining campaign objectives, target audience, messaging, and key deliverables.
Campaign Execution and Management:
- Coordinate the execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee the production process, from creative development to final delivery, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.
Budgeting and Financial Management:
- Work closely with clients to establish campaign budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize
- Track project expenses, reconcile budgets, and provide regular financial updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
New Business Development:
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
- Support business development efforts by participating in client pitches, presentations, and proposal development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience (6 years) in account management or client-facing roles within an advertising agency or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of advertising principles, marketing strategies, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $75,528.60 - $90,959.17 per year
