Fanatics Collectibles is looking for a Manager, Talent Data Analytics & Special Projects for our growing HR team. The Manager, Talent Data Analytics & Special Projects will be responsible for overseeing and managing all data-related functions within the HR and Recruiting department. This role will focus on special projects, HR and Recruiting data management, Oracle HCM reporting, and talent insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for the CPO, VP of Recruiting, executive team, and other key stakeholders.
This position will be responsible for handling a wide variety of duties, which include, but are not limited to the ones listed below.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Recruiting & HR Data Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve Recruiting and HR data collection and analysis processes.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Recruiting and HR analytics and data management.
Proactively identify opportunities for leveraging data to enhance Recruiting and HR effectiveness and efficiency.

- Talent Data Management and Analysis:
- Oversee the collection, organization, and maintenance of Recruiting and HR data.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Oracle HCM (HR) and ORC (Recruiting) systems.
- Conduct thorough analyses on Headcount, Recruiting, Attrition, and other key Recruiting and People Metrics.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor Recruiting and HR metrics.

- Talent Insights and Strategic Reporting:
- Generate recruiting insights on Talent trends, Workforce Planning, Market Trends, and Employee Engagement.
- Produce regular reports for the CPO, VP of Recruiting, and Executive team to inform strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with HR, recruiting, and other departments to identify and prioritize hiring and pipelining needs based on data insights.

- Oracle HCM Reporting:
- Create and manage complex reports within Oracle HCM and ORC.
- Provide training and support to HR and recruiting team members on Oracle HCM and ORC reporting functionalities.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies in all reporting activities.

- Special Projects:
- Lead and manage special projects focused on improving Recruiting and HR tools and processes.
- Work cross-functionally with recruiting and other departments to ensure project alignment with company goals and priorities.
- Provide project updates and deliverables to the VP of Recruiting, Director of HR, and other stakeholders.
Partner with HR team on creating business facing PowerPoint decks, as needed.

EXPERIENCE NEEDED
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Recruiting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Recruiting and HR analytics, data management, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Oracle HCM and OCR and other HRIS systems.
- Advanced skills in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Proven experience in managing and delivering on complex projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

The salary range for this position is $130,000- $165,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
