Day shift (5 am - 3:30 pm Monday - Thursday), Swing shift (3:00 pm - 1:30 am, Monday - Thursday), Weekend shift (12 hours Friday-Sunday)

Fulcrum Technologies, Inc., is an industry world class leader in the design and custom manufacture of machine bases for vibration sensitive production tools used in the semiconductor fabrication process.
The Press Brake Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating press brake machines to bend and shape metal sheets and plates according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong mechanical skills, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications include:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating press brake machines in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment.
- Knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Technical training or certification in machine operation or metalworking is a plus.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with various types of metal and their properties.
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments and tools.
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 60 pounds. Prolonged standing, bending, and reaching are required.
Job Environment:
- Physically demanding, working on shop floor
- Personal Protection Equipment must be worn on the shop floor, all PPE provided
- Fast paced manufacturing work environment
