Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a Personal Injury Case Manager with a focus on intake responsibilities. This role will involve handling initial client inquiries, conducting intake calls, gathering necessary information, and managing client files. The primary focus will be on intake duties.
General Shared responsibilities/expectations
· Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, managing close deadlines and ability to adapt to unanticipated changes
· Create and organize self-assigned tasks, taking initiative and the ability to effectively manage responsibilities
· Maintain and organize client files
· Answer incoming calls and respond to email and text inquiries
· Perform general office duties, such as filing, scanning, and copying documents
· Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
· Work closely with attorneys and Personal Injury team
· Utilize various applications and programs to support daily operations and improve workflow
· Proficiently operate a multi-line phone system, managing tasks including answering and routing calls, and initiating outbound calls
Intake Responsibilities
· Assist with opening new files, including collecting client documents and information
· Handle initial client inquiries and conduct intake calls to gather relevant information
· Follow up on client initial paperwork
· Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings for and existing clients
· Handle mail, including sending, receiving, and organizing correspondence
· Perform general office duties, such as filing, scanning, copying and naming mail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
