Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Respond to all organic leads or inbound leads generated by in-field technicians within and at max of 24 hours of initial contact.
- Coordinate directly with current or potential clients on estimate scheduling.
- Inform clients of replacement or repairs of current or new System. Design of systems (Zoning, relocation), ductwork and improvement of air flow, ventilation, IAQ and Maintenance packages.
- Create Quotes and work orders to confirm work details and any special instructions with the customer and field personnel, oversee each job and visit sites while work is being performed, and be the point of contact for customers.
- Understand any incentives, rebates and discounts that may apply to specific installations and equipment
- Follow through with clients on all levels including proposal questions or concerns and negotiation of pricing.
- Order submission for all products required to complete job and keep track of estimated times of arrival for optimal scheduling and turn around.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Clients including potential sales, up sales and referrals.
- Perform Quality control checklists with homeowner after completion on installation including installation quality, homeowner education, and collection of payment
- Utilize knowledge in financing plans, term length, and qualification requirements to assist in client completion and follow through on any financing.
This position has the potential to earn up to $150,000 per year, with unlimited growth opportunities for those with the right attitude.
