The Hinman Company, a locally-owned and leading company in the commercial real estate industry in Southwest Michigan, is currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our service department in the Grand Rapids Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of commercial office buildings, focused on an excellent tenant experience, superior maintenance, and property appearance. The Facilities Maintenance Technician will be a part of a service team to complete the maintenance, preventative maintenance, and service request for all properties in our Grand Rapids portfolio. The position is full-time with a competitive wage based on experience, excellent benefits and 401(k).
