Laake Financial Services Inc. is hiring for an Licensed Insurance Service and Sales Representative to join our growing team! This is an in office position.
We are a boutique Family owned agency who work on a referral basis only. NO COLD CALLING or QUOTAS are involved with this position. We are looking for a seasoned, experienced P&C professional to help service and quote our existing clients along with our new business referrals. If a non traditional schedule appeals to you, that can be considered for the right candidate as well.
Qualifications for the Insurance Service and Sales Representative:
- Property & Casualty license 220, 20-44 or 440 Required
- Sales or client-facing experience is required
- At least 2-3 years experience Required
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
- Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
- Must be motivated and determined
Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Representative:
- Develop insurance quotes for call ins and existing clients, make sales presentations, and close sales for auto and home insurance, flood, umbrellas, etc.
- Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support. (support can include responding to inquiries)
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
- Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients
