Job Summary –
Must be available every weekend, with exceptions for vacation and sick days.
You will be needed every Saturday and Sunday from 7:30 am until 5 or 6 pm, depending on how busy the market is.
You will manage the tolls department, be transporting tolls employees, scheduling, filling in for employees who need breaks, communicating with all departments and the office, and relaying information to tolls employees.
Also must prepare Medic for the day, giving them basic info on using the radio and who to contact, and getting their cart, as you will be assisting OPS with this task.
Must be good with counting change!

Essential Functions –
Standing for long hours, sitting for long hours, working in the heat and cold, bending, stooping, lifting up to 15 lbs, walking, speaking with customers, and having the ability to operate a golf cart and a PC computer.
Competencies –
Must be good with computers, able to problem solve basic issues. The tollbooths run on PCs.
Must have a valid and clear drivers license and driving record. Must be good at basic math and counting change.
Customer service experience a plus!
Work Environment –
Open air outdoors and confined spaces. The tollbooths have windows and AC/Heat, but you will open the window often to take payments.
Physical Demands –
Be able to be alert for long hours, must be able to use a radio for communication, lifting till bags up to 15 lbs, and must be able to use a golf cart, once trained.
Required Schedule –
Must be available 7:30 am until 6 pm Saturdays and Sundays. Closing hours may fluctuate based on business need and traffic.
Required Education/Experience –
High school diploma preferred. Management/Supervisor experience required. Customer service experience a plus.
