We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join our team!
The HR Generalist will play a key role in providing support across various HR functions, focusing on compliance, systems management, onboarding/orientation, and employee benefits. This role reports to the HR Director and demands exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities include:

Employee Onboarding: Initiate and process all new hire paperwork and participate in orientation sessions.

Employee Offboarding: Process all employee terminations, adhering to company procedures.

Benefits: Conduct informative new hire benefit enrollment meetings and manage enrollments in the HRIS system. Also, reconcile and process monthly benefit invoices.

HR Records Management: Maintain HRIS data entries and personnel files.

HR Compliance: Support HR policy administration and ensure compliance with procedures. Track employee training compliance.

Leave of Absence Administration: Manage employee leave requests to comply with state and federal regulations.

Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and provide internal customer service support.

HR Projects: Assist in various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree

2+ years of relevant HR experience.
