Responsibilities
· Engage with prospective customers to understand their business requirements, challenges, and objectives.
· Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and features of ESRI's geospatial technology.
· Work closely with sales representatives to identify opportunities and develop tailored solutions that address customer needs.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral, case studies, and other materials that highlight the value proposition of ESRI's solutions.
· Respond to customer inquiries, RFPs, and RFIs in a timely and professional manner, ensuring accuracy and completeness of responses.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and ESRI representatives.
· Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies in the geospatial space.
· Provide feedback to product management and development teams based on customer insights and market feedback.
· Support sales activities such as trade shows, conferences, and customer events to promote ESRI's solutions and generate leads.
· Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation for new customers.
Requirements
· 8 years of experience working with ESRI's ArcGIS platform and related geospatial technologies.
· Proven track record of success in a pre-sales or technical consulting role, preferably in the GIS or software industry.
· Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly understand and articulate complex technical concepts.
· Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Demonstrated ability to develop strong customer relationships and understand customer needs.
· Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies, including solution selling and value-based selling.
· Ability to work inde,pendently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Willingness to travel as needed to support customer engagements and sales activities.
Qualification
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
· Certification in GIS (e.g., Esri Technical Certification) or relevant technical certifications is a plus.
