At Quality Edge, marketing is about understanding our customers – contractors, builders, architects, and distributors – and connecting those customers to our innovative products. We’re looking for an experienced and versatile Marketing Manager who’s eager to do this and more. The ideal candidate has experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. This individual should be flexible enough to move between day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategy and manage the pace at our fast-growing company.
Objectives of this Role:
1. Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
2. Lead the execution of marketing programs and initiatives from start to finish, leveraging their team, the sales team, and other internal support through collaborative efforts.
3. Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, marketing analysis, and marketing best practices to build a creative and successful strategy.
4. Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals, recommendations, and tactics to achieve results.
5. Create and implement creative direction with the team through all marketing platforms to ensure they keep QE ahead in the market as a lead-edge marketing organization.
6. Recruits, interviews, hires, trains, and develops the marketing team, overseeing their daily workflow and creating a great team culture.
Responsibilities Include:
1. Lead the development of creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for customer-driven marketing initiatives including print, digital, video, and samples.
2. Conceptualize and executive on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring communication messaging is aligned across all channels.
3. Manage the team responsible for content and updates for customers, internal audiences, and establish budget guidelines, lead strategy for events, create marketing processes, and provide support for the sales team goals and objectives.
4. Gather customer and market insights to inform new strategies, effectiveness of marketing initiatives, increase qualified lead generation, and improve customer conversions.
5. Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leadership about marketing programs, strategies, and key initiatives.

8. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in marketing, business, or communications.
9. 5-7 yrs experience in product marketing (not services), or building products experience is a plus.
