**Job Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient office operations. **Responsibilities:** - Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence - Greet and assist prospective customers with a professional and friendly demeanor - Answer and direct phone calls with proper phone etiquette - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Assist in scheduling appointments and organizing meetings - Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner - Support the team with administrative tasks as needed **Experience:** - Prior experience in a used cars dealership is highly preferred along with the knowledge of dealer software Frazer and title transfers - Proficiency in Google Suite and similar software for document management to prepare quarterly and end of the year tax reports therefore accounting skills are critical - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of basic office procedures and auto related equipment operations - Experience in working with potential customers one on one , real estate administrative role, or similar field is a plus - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast pace office environment where your organizational skills will be valued.
