A Line Cook prepares hot and cold meals for presentation according to predetermined recipes and menus. Line Cooks also monitor portions, manage inventories and maintain a sanitary kitchen work area. A Prep Cook performs portioning and prepares a variety of cold food including salads, garnishes and all ingredients required for dishes on the menu. The Prep Cook assists other cooks in preparing dishes. You have responsibilities and obligations with your co-workers as well as our guests. Part Time and Full Time Position.'
