Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Sales Support: Engage in pre-sales activities with our US-based clients, providing expertise on architectural standards
- and digital tools.
- Travel Flexibility: Demonstrate a willingness to travel across the USA as needed to support client engagements and
- project requirements.
- Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate the transfer of US standard practices, building codes, and design nuances to our team
- based in India, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations.
- Training and Development: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for our India-based team members, focusing on US
- standard practices for architectural design and proficiency in digital tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Lumion.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold project quality standards throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- with US BIM standards and project workflow criteria.
- Review and Audit: Review client submissions and internal documents, providing insightful feedback and guidance to
- maintain quality and consistency in deliverables.
- Customer Grievance Handling: Act as a point of contact for addressing customer grievances and handling complaints,
- ensuring timely resolution and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Guidance and Oversight: Provide guidance and oversight to the team of outsourcing architects in India, ensuring
- adherence to design standards, codes, and project requirements.

- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on BIM models, identifying areas for improvement and implementing
- corrective actions to ensure adherence to project requirements.
Requirements:
- Licensed Architect:Holds a valid architectural license in the USA.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in architectural design and BIM coordination, with a strong understanding of US standards and regulations.
- Technical Proficiency:Proficient in digital tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, and other BIM software.
- Communication Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams across different geographic locations.
- Problem-Solving Abilities:Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
- Flexibility: Adaptable to changing project requirements and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
