Job description
We are looking for a skilled Oracle R12 Functional Consultant with expertise in Order Management, Purchase Orders, Internal Requisitions (IR), Internal Sales Orders (ISO), and Inventory management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the functional design, configuration, testing, and support of Oracle R12 applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and are integrated seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:
Implementation & Configuration:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle R12 modules, including Order Management, Purchase Orders, Internal Requisitions (IR), Internal Sales Orders (ISO), and Inventory.
- Configure and manage the IR and ISO modules to support multi-org and multi-site operations.
- Ensure accurate handling and reporting of multi-currency management.
- Develop and implement processes for inter company transactions and financial consolidations.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system design.
- Configure Oracle R12 modules according to best practices and business needs.
- Business Process Analysis:
- Analyze current business processes related to order management, procurement, and inventory, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Provide functional expertise to ensure efficient process integration and workflow automation.
Project Management:
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data migration.
- User Training & Support:
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure proper use and adoption of Oracle R12 modules.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle R12 applications.
- Ensure user adoption and satisfaction through effective change management.
- Testing & Validation:
- Develop and execute test plans to validate system configurations and enhancements.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure any issues are resolved before deployment.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and processes.
- Generate and analyze reports to support business decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Extensive experience 10+ as an Oracle R12 Order Management Functional Consultant
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Oracle R12, specifically in Order Management, Purchase Orders, IR, ISO, and Inventory.
- Proven track record of successful Oracle R12 implementations and configurations.
