Second Shift Production Supervisor
The 2nd Shift Supervisor will provide leadership and guidance to a team for 40-50 team members. This candidate will have the authority on personnel decisions, hiring, performance, and/or disciplinary action. The ideal candidate will have the ability think critically, meet deadlines, and lead a dynamic team.
2nd Shift (2:30 PM-12:00 AM)
What You Will Do:
- Implements and administers organizational functions or processes, ensuring that they are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with established policies and regulations.
- Tracks processes, preparing reports for management detailing quality or quality of departmental actions.
- Assigns staff to tasks based on availability or expertise.
- Monitors team or department efficiency and ensures that output meets expectations.
What You Need to Succeed:
- High School Diploma and 3+ years of Supervisory or Leadership experience required
- Proven track record of leading teams and people
- Analytical mindset
- Working knowledge of lean principles and methodologies
Additional Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in a manufacturing setting

Shift Manager
Allegion is looking for a Shift Manager to join our team.
This is a full-time position with room for advancement within the company.
The Shift Manager will be responsible for the following:
·Manage staff in a way that promotes teamwork, accountability and positive behavior.
·Ensure all staff are trained in proper food safety, hygiene and company procedures.
·Ensure that all food is prepared according to company standards and packaged according to company standards at the end of shift.
·Ensure that all shift equipment is maintained and packaged at the end of shift.
·Coordinate weekly shifts and ensure all staff are properly scheduled.
·Ensure that all staff are properly scheduled and ensure that all staff are properly scheduled at the end of shift. Ensure that all staff are properly scheduled at the end of their shifts. Ensure that all staff are properly scheduled after their shift has ended. Ensure that all prep cooks and kitchen employees are properly scheduled after their shift has ended. ·Coordinate weekly shifts and ensure that all staff are properly scheduled at the end of their shifts when they come in to work or when they leave when they leave at night when they come in to work when they leave at night at night
