Franchise Sales Representative
Salary: $75,000 plus commission ($5,000 commission per franchise sold)

Our client is a restoration company dedicated to helping business owners achieve their dreams by providing them with the opportunity to own and operate their own restoration franchise. They are seeking a motivated and results-driven Franchise Sales Representative to join their team. The main function of this role is to identify and engage potential clients, presenting them with the exciting opportunity to become franchise owners. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, a passion for helping others succeed and experience selling a franchises in the home services industry.
This is a remote role that will require travel for corporate events a couple times per year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure a strong pipeline of potential franchisees.
- Execute compelling presentations to prospective candidates, effectively conveying brand values and the benefits of owning a franchise.
- Present outstanding candidates to the Leadership Review Board for approval, ensuring they meet the standards.
- Provide comprehensive information and education to potential franchisees about the franchise opportunity, including the business model, support systems, and growth potential.
- Execute and maintain accurate and up-to-date applications, including DISC analysis and financial background checks, to ensure thorough candidate evaluation.
- Offer meaningful guidance to prospects through the process of awarding territories, ensuring they are well-informed and confident in their decision.
- Develop, maintain, and grow a deep pipeline of potential successful candidates by leveraging a variety of sources, including inbound, outbound, and event leads.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in franchise sales within the home services industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
- Familiarity with DISC analysis and other candidate evaluation tools is a plus.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
