Our Customer Interaction Center CSRs provide valuable solutions to car dealerships by increasing business, booking service appointments, and building customer loyalty. We are looking for upbeat and energetic individuals who have a strong desire to ensure excellent customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule service appointments for customers on behalf of car dealerships.
- Manage a high volume of outbound calls in a timely manner No cold calling!
- Professionally handle incoming requests promptly and thoroughly via incoming chats, emails, and phone calls.
- Effectively communicate promotional incentives to our customers.
- Achieve key standards in customer satisfaction and performance.
Qualifications:
- Excel in a high-standard, fast-paced environment.
- Are dependable: you show up ready to roll every day.
- Take ownership in solving problems.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year providing excellent customer service.
- 6 months or more of call center experience preferred.
- Ability to work autonomously in a goal, self-motivated team environment.
- Physically able to work 8 hours a day, sitting at a computer, typing, answering phone calls, emails, and live chats.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37,400.00 - $45,700.00 per year
