Position Summary:
As a Nurse Practitioner at the Neck Back and Knee Center you will be responsible for looking at the body as a whole and assisting in the creation of treatment plans for our patients to receive the most comprehensive care.

At the Neck Back and Knee Center our mission is to change healthcare by finding the root cause of pain and fixing it without drugs or surgery. We do this by combining the best of rehab, chiropractic, and medical therapies that are focused on patient success.
Performance Objectives:
· Evaluate new patients to determine if and which services they could benefit from
· Monitor patients for improvements and set-backs so as to modify services to help clients meet or exceed expectations
· Complete and document medical exams and orthopedic exams
· Administer injections (trigger point, large joint, etc.)
· Recognize and acknowledge when patients improve and reach goals
· Properly complete paperwork on each patient encounter and keep notes current

Education & Experience:
· Valid APRN license in Kentucky
· Fully eligible for Malpractice Insurance in Kentucky
· Experience injecting joints preferred but not required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $54.00 - $56.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
