Job Overview:
Maynard House is a non-profit facility in Hanover, New Hampshire, that provides low-cost lodging for patients and their families while receiving medical treatment. Reporting to the House Operations Manager, Assistant Operations Managers are part of the staff team responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Maynard House. This includes providing guest relations services, housekeeping tasks, office administration, project management, and occasional volunteer management between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Responsibilities:
- Take reservations, enter reservations in the automated system, greet and check-in guests, handle payments, and assist guests as needed during their stay.
- Light housekeeping (includes turning rooms as needed), house chores, and grounds maintenance as needed.
- Enter and update data in Maynard House systems: QuickBooks, LGL (donor database), and reservation system.
- Provide administrative support as needed for board meetings, fundraising, financial management (bill paying, bank deposits), community engagement, and communications projects.
- Provide coverage, when possible, during staff absences/vacations.
- Prepare reports (e.g. hand-off reports for next shift).
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED, required.

Pay Rate is $18-$20/hour, plus $300 monthly stipend for full-time position
