WHO WOULD ENJOY THIS ROLE?
This role is suitable for an attorney with 4+ years of experience who would enjoy being part of a collegial firm culture, but not constrained by a firm bureaucracy. REQUIREMENTS:
- Work a minimum of 40 hours per week and bill a minimum of 1,400 hours per year (and/or the equivalent in flat fees)
- Assume full responsibility for the representation of clients assigned to you, managing the client relationship and expectations directly.
- Maintain your reputation and the firm's reputation through competent and ethical representation at all times.
FINANCIAL TERMS:
- Expected annual compensation between $80,000 and $130,000, dependent on performance
- For an attorney billing approximately 1,400 hours per year (and/or the equivalent in flat fees), compensation is expected to be $115,000 or higher.

UNIQUE ADVANTAGES:
- Enjoy working for a firm that prioritizes ethics, family, and long-term sanity over short-term profits. We're here to build up our society, our clients, and our families, not tear them down.
- Access to other attorneys in the firm for help with research, writing, and collaboration.
- Small firm environment without no bureaucracy and no micromanagement. We have a decentralized firm culture, where we provide collaboration on an as-needed basis, but we do not impose a controlling hierarchy. Handle your own clients and your own cases.
FIRM CULTURE:
- Completely ethical and honest representation in all circumstances. We are in the business of law to solve problems and bring about resolution, through litigation if truly necessary, but not to create needless conflict.
- Masterful management of client expectations. We don't overpromise and then blow through a retainer. We serve clients with transparency. All team members are responsible for protecting the firm's strong reputation in this regard, as evidenced by our online reviews.
- We are not just about the money. Time wealth and flexibility are just as important as financial wealth. We want all team members to succeed, and we expect that our financial structure will result in superior pay. However, we only want to partner with people who have a strong moral grounding and a constructive purpose in life that transcends money and personal achievement.
