We are seeking the following individuals to join our HeadsUp clinical team:
- CSW-I Clinical Social Worker- Interns (looking for supervision and to fulfill their clinical hours for licensure)
- CPC-I Clinical Professional Counselor-Interns (looking for supervision and to fulfill their clinical hours for licensure)
- MFT-I Marriage & Family Interns - (looking for supervision and to fulfill their clinical hours for licensure)
- Our clinical team provides clinical and emotional support to clients in either individual or group settings.
Responsibilities:
- Assess nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing personal history & thorough screening
- Develop and execute individual treatment plans
- Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress
- Communicate client updates to all relevant parties
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs
- Maintain accurate client documentation
Qualifications:
- Clinical Interns holding an MFT-I, CSW-I, or CPC-I licensure.
- Completion of Master's Degree in designated disciplines
- Client centered approach to therapy
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional conduct, self-sufficiency and excellent time management
- Strong ethical standards
- Ability to provide the highest quality of care to clients
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with supervision.
- Must be able to work in a collaborative and learning environment under direct clinical supervision and take appropriate action.
- Must be computer literate and able to work within several systems, such as Word, Excel, Outlook and willing to learn and operate a variety of Scheduling and EHR programs.
- Fluency in English is a must, Spanish is welcomed

Pay: $44,400.00 - $70,000.00 per year
