SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for providing the guest with a delightful bowling experience from the initial reception until the final good-bye in accordance with the Company’s high standards of guest service. Our common goal is getting people to come more often and stay longer, and we must earn the passionate loyalty and trust of all staff/guests. Function efficiently in the food court and maintain portion controls. Participate in maintaining standards of health, safety, and sanitation in the food court and all other areas of the Bowling Center.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:

Responsible for cordial reception to the guests and prompt courteous service.

Responsible for answering telephones and making reservations, if required.

Verify reservations, if required, before assigning guests to reserved lanes.

Advise guests of waiting time and recommend food court services to guests.

Responsible for advising guests according to established bowling safety and game procedures.

Handle any guest complaints and resolves them quickly and courteously.

Operate cash control system.

Function efficiently in the food court and maintain portion controls.

Participate in maintaining standards of health, safety, and sanitation in the food court and all other areas of the bowling center.

Participate as a team member with all Bowling Center staff members and any pertinent Casino staff in producing a smooth and efficient operation that meets the highest standards of guest service.

Keep all areas clean & sanitized as directed.

Responsible for maintaining a consistent and regular attendance record.

Fill in for co-workers as necessary to get the job done.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous Bowling Center/Food service or other customer service experience preferred.
