We are looking for a Lead Field Service Technicians/Installer in rural Northern Fauquier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in low voltage systems, cabling, and fiber splicing. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the installation and maintenance of fiber optic networks.

Responsibilities:
Help project manage and install underground fiber cables and data wires into home and business equipment.
Fault Finding to resolve complaints.
Create and maintain network documentation.
Using monitoring network performance tools to troubleshoot problems
Configuring maintaining, troubleshooting equipment including Wi-Fi Routers.
Skills Required & Physical Demands:
Valid state driver’s license and safe driving record
Ability and experience operating hand tools and handheld mobile devices
Experience with or ability to quickly learn to safely operate equipment such as excavators and cable plows.
Ability to learn to perform fiber splicing techniques accurately
Ability to figure out and repair equipment in the field such as changing hydraulic hoses, etc.
Experience working in construction, mechanics, home remodeling, electrical, farm operation, technical or related field is a plus.
Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs
