This Sr. Pricing Analyst is responsible for developing financial analysis from costing models developed by the operational and pricing team for ABM’s Business and Industry Group. ABM provides core janitorial and maintenance services within a number of various industries.
This position will provide more complex financial analysis and modeling for the term of current and/or potential business related to ABM’s contractual term, including developing Internal Rate of Return (IRR) models based on data from the pricing team. This position supports both sales and operations for new sales and retention . SPA's are in charge of conducting accurate cost analyses and estimations for new opportunities and existing clients. They are responsible for aggregating pricing models and other expenses and revenues into a comprehensive model to best understand the financial impact to the bottom line and overall financial performance of the proposed business portfolio. SPA's follow company procedures to facilitate and define project scope, as well as use their financial expertise to prepare effective financial models and associated bid response financial schedules for proposals in a deadline driven environment.
They help other estimators with pricing schedules, participate in proposal preparation, and perform technical assessments to facilitate analysis functions. In all tasks, SPA's must follow project specifications and any relevant confidentiality rules. Additionally, SPA's complete risk analyses of data related to program costs for deal approval processes. They prepare detailed reports based on economic assessments of key indicators, as well as assist with preapproval of estimates using limited information such as project scope and relevant precedents. SPA's conduct post-project costs analyses, provide input on competitive bids negotiated contracts, conduct data collection, and develop models.
Pay: $100K-$115K
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Required Experience:
- Experience with finance, financial modeling, service-related metrics, and business calculations from a FPA or Estimating background. With janitorial, construction, or similar facility services industry
- Related experience with developing pricing, staffing, costing and operationally competitive solutions
- Provides insight into key data indicators in regard to labor, food and supplies, material, and time requirements based on provided statistical goals.
- Must be able to work independently and be highly productive with many projects going on at one time.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical ability, confident with benchmarking, trend analysis, and metrics
- Must be able to build internal and external relationships.
- Stay in compliance with corporate and other company process requirements.
- Travel requirements up to 10%
- Able to work a Hybrid work schedule -three days a week in an ABM office.

- Develop single or multi service price schedules for new and existing business bid responses· Assist in the completion of Deal Memos and other internal documents to validate financial viability of current and new business processes
- Provide insight into proposed investments and return to ensure positive financial results can be achieved
- Attends current and potential client presentations when necessary to communicate proposed financial modeling and responding to client inquiries related to the models in large complex deals
- Assists sales and operations team in completing financial components of internal memos and other required documents to validate alignment of proposed figures with company financial goals
- Identify and resolve deviations from the proposal, including scope and specifications
- Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
- Helpful (but not required) to understand CRM and salesforce.com

- BS/BA in Finance or related Business type degree
