Overview of the Role:
The Senior Solution Architect will be responsible for supporting business growth, capture, proposal, and delivery teams for technology solutions. The successful candidate will leverage industry expertise and best practices to lead solutioning sessions in support of customer needs. As a Senior Solution Architect, you will conceptualize, develop, communicate, and propose solutions that will drive our growth and lead directly to top and bottom-line results. You will work with clients and partners in both a strategic and tactical capacity to help solve their critical needs and challenges. You will help to define client requirements for solutions including services, products, technologies, and capabilities. You may be called upon to develop models and architectural guidelines for current and future system development, and provide technical direction related to the implementation of system architectures by r team members.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provides technical solutioning during BD, Capture and Proposals as part of growth engine.
- In partnership with others, define systems design and technical solutions, design system architectures, and define system implementation approaches and operational concepts in accordance with customer mission requirements.
- Partners with Growth and Delivery organizations for technology leadership, innovations, improved capabilities, and strong reach-back support when needed.
- Provides mission focused innovations and develops technical vision and strategy.
- Provides mentorship and leadership for Centers of Excellence and other r technology leadership groups.
- Accelerates and deepens the technological capabilities of in support of contract growth and execution.
- Stays educated on emerging technologies and determines how to leverage technologies to positively impact current or future customers.
- Support the design and delivery of technology solutions & strategies at customers and provide thought leadership to contract teams.
- Identify technologies to improve the company’s service offerings for our customers.
- Build business cases, solutions, proposal artifacts, and materials to showcase technology services at.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or related field.
- Previous experience as a solution architect or similar technology leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience developing and solutioning, and leading the development and solutioning, of winning solutions for new and re-compete business pursuits, capture activities and proposal efforts.
- Prior experience as a technology leader implementing technology solutions using industry best practices.
- Broad knowledge of technology frameworks, techniques, and industry trends.
- Experience working with growth and delivery teams in a federal government contracting environment.
- Demonstrated skills in developing solutions, solution architectures, concepts and operations and strategies in support of federal government customers.
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities with a problem-solving aptitude.
- Solid understanding of broad technology trends and the ability to align innovation with business and customer goals.
- Strong communication with ability to convey technical topics in easy-to-understand business terms and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
