**Job Summary:** We are seeking Seasonal Associates to join our team for a temporary period. As a Seasonal Associate, you will assist customers, maintain store appearance, and support daily operations in a retail environment. **Duties:** - Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner - Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking shelves - Assist with inventory management and receiving shipments - Answer phone calls professionally and direct inquiries to the appropriate department - Follow retail math procedures for cash handling and transactions **Qualifications:** - Previous customer service experience is preferred - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with retail sales practices and procedures - Proficiency in using POS systems and cash registers - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, such as a grocery store - Fluency in English for effective communication with customers and team members - Basic understanding of stock management principles This seasonal position offers an opportunity to gain valuable retail experience while contributing to a dynamic team environment.
