Asurion is looking for a Sr. Specialist of Paid Media to help drive customer acquisition for various direct-to-consumer products. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Paid Media, this person will be responsible for helping build, analyze and manage paid media across numerous channels and platforms. They will work closely with acquisition teammates, as well as cross-functional stakeholders to build and execute best-in-class paid campaigns. You will foster growth through successful campaign management as well as contribute to reporting that illustrate campaign progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple paid media campaigns simultaneously across multiple advertising platforms with various targets and goals
- Understand and manipulate budgets, media, creative and audiences to achieve results
- Monitor, track, evaluate and report campaign performance to maximize investment
- Analyze and propose campaign optimizations alongside manager based on understanding of plans to meet business goals
- Has comfort taking the lead on complex or cross team projects and ensure they are delivered with some guidance
- Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in digital marketing as well as consumer behavior to recommend improvements to campaigns
- Aid in analysis and creation of presentations and reporting for items like A/B tests, Audience comparison and creative performance to cross-functional stakeholders
What You Bring:
- Channel knowledge, with hands-on-keyboard experience planning and buying across multiple channels including social, search, display and video.
- Minimum 2 years of paid management experience working with complex campaign structures
- You have a track record of managing campaigns and delivering conversions through optimizations including bid strategy, audience building, and creative executions
- Technical and analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to use paid media strategy to complement owned and earned media campaigns and meet business objectives
- Experience extracting results via analytical tools including channel platforms as well as Google Analytics
- Experience synthesizing data and crafting engaging reports
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks at once
- Experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Introductory understanding of needs for implementation and management of GTM, pixel management and other tagging needs
Nice-to-Haves:
- Facebook and Google Certification is an asset
- Prior experience in an agency environment or in-house media buying is highly desired
- Experience buying Amazon DSP, CTV/OTT, Linear TV, OOH or radio is a plus
