Fast paced, multi tasking and organized Executive Assistant needed in person to help with a decades-long successful event planner in Brooklyn. This job entails office logistics and event paperwork such as emailing vendors, balancing budgets, scheduling, placing orders, and taking care of personal items. Must keep CEO on schedule and run personal/business related errands as needed. After hours availability needed when business calls for it - this is not a typical 9-5. Must be willing to come to South Brooklyn daily and New Jersey in summer.
Experience in events a plus but not required - this position is NOT an event planning position.
