Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our team. The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and developing strategies to enhance our marketing efforts.
Duties:
· Conduct market research to identify market trends and customer preferences through customer feedback, market reports, and social media analytics
· Analyze trends, patterns and insights by conducting data analysis to have a more informed strategic decision-making process and to optimize campaign reach.
· Use Tableau to present findings and communicate insights effectively.
· Understand and analyze companies’ objectives and target market by collaborating with key stakeholders to develop an effective market positioning plan.
· Identify and define Key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure impact of marketing initiatives
· Continuously monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, and consumer preferences change to adjust marketing strategies.
· Segment the target audience through market research based on various demographics, behaviors and preferences.
· Conduct A/B testing, and feedback analysis to test and optimize marketing efforts.
· Develop and customize product offering and promotion campaigns to address specific customer needs and preferences.
· Provide leadership and direction to team members by organizing regular meetings, workshops and status updates to keep team on track.
· Setting communication channels and protocols between internal teams and external partners to ensure project momentum and success.
· Act as a liaison between different departments to monitor project progress and alignment with the goal.
· Encouraging open communication and idea sharing to motivate employees and to resolve challenges or issues arising during project execution.
· Strategize and create engaging content to create brand awareness, awareness about new product launch and increase visibility to boost traffic to website and generate more sales.
· Identifying the target audience and keeping the business goals in mind a social media marketing strategy is drafted to best address the focus population and the goals to optimize visibility and drive traffic towards the website through campaigns. Outlining a standard brand experience format to provide users with consistent user experience. Implementing these strategies over various marketing channels and use performance related data of the campaigns to improve tactics and strategies.
· Track campaign performance indicators and modify spending to maximize expenses and optimize outcomes.
· Conduct meeting with vendors to discuss project scope, deliverables, and timelines to ensure alignment with project requirements and objectives.
· Gather and analyze stakeholders feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
· Minimize project disruptions by identifying potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies for contingencies.
· Shortlist Vendors by conducting due diligence on vendor capabilities, experience, and track record.
· Collaborate with the legal team to negotiate contract terms and conditions, including pricing, deliverables, and timelines.

Bachelor's Degree is required in Marketing or Management & Marketing
