Engineering & Planning Coordinator
Basic Skills
Previous experience with using Microsoft programs such as: Word, Excel, & Outlook along with NetSuite is required
Familiarity with ERP Systems Preferred

Essential Job Functions
Perform routine clerical and administrative work.
Assisting purchasing manager by modeling forecasting/demand planning creating purchase orders in the NetSuite system & follow up with vendor to ensure on time delivery.
Partner with engineering & marketing team to input new products/components, assembly items & inventory into NetSuite.
Assist production in ensuring work orders and bill of materials in NetSuite are correct and up to date
Assist in processing work orders as they are completed.
Assist with inventory control process and inventory accuracies.
Working within ERP system via creating spreadsheets of components to be mass-uploaded into NetSuite.
Receive Demo orders and handle the process through until shipping.
Answering/Screening telephone calls & emails from vendors & customers in a timely manner.
Education
High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. Secondary education is a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
