Summary: Provide customer service to guests, answers phones, provide administrative/clerical support to a manager or group of managers to facilitate the efficient use of time and resources.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides a variety of secretarial, clerical and administrative duties to support executive team, sales team and front office.
- May maintain information and prepare reports as directed. May perform special projects or develop materials as assigned.
- Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, opens, reads and sorts incoming departmental mail.
- Files and maintains correspondence and other records.
- Answer telephone and gives information to caller or routes caller to appropriate person. Handles e-mail communication similar to telephone communication and information.
- Prepares and maintains required reports, paperwork and records.
- Inputs and retrieves data.
- Answers phones, makes sales call, works with customers over the phone.
- Filing and office work.
- Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience: One year certificate from college or technical school; three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Other Requirements: Ability to work overtime. Intermediate level experience with Excel and Access.
