Customer Service Representative (Roseville, Michigan) Local Medical Supply and Equipment Distributor is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position provides excellent service to our well established customer base and supports our outside sales force. Our customer service staff field all inbound calls, process incoming orders, answer general product inquiries, resolve any issues that may arise, analyze reports, make outbound calls and maintain solid relationships with existing accounts.
Qualifications:
- Must have a basic understanding of Excel, Word, and Outlook;
- Must have working knowledge of distribution software and ability to navigate the internet;
- Working knowledge of CRM,
- Must have 1-2 year experience in Customers Service;
- Knowledge of durable medical equipment and medical supplies is very helpful;
- Strong communication and problem solving skills required;
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. Be able to type 35-45 words a minute or more.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
