Our client is looking for an Inside Sales Account Executive responsible for establishing rapport with new customers and nurturing relationships with long-term customers by assisting them in developing solutions to meet their needs. Salary : 45,000-50,000 USD Based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Discuss features and benefits of products and services offered.
- Provide immediate response to any sales inquiry from customers or prospects.
- Source parts for scope of work and determine labor hours required.
- Prepare detailed and descriptive written proposals.
- Communicate parts sourcing research to procurement.
- Create customer work order including tasks and parts required.
- Coordinate with procurement and service to ensure expediency and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Develop strong working relationships with customers to ensure long-term, repeat business
- Industrial/Commercial Generator experience.
- Must be a self-starter and able to work independently.
- Good mechanical knowledge of generators and transfer switches.
- Computer skills to include use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to read and interpret detailed scope of work required.
