Construction Manager – Position Description
Position Summary
Under the direction of the CJB partners this position plans, organizes, and manages key activities of the company’s building operations. This position manages the construction activities require to complete projects on time, on budget and within company standards. The construction manager works in a cooperative manner to maintain vendor accountability while proving the client the best possible experience.

Essential Duties
- Review, Plans, Project Schedule and Project Specification to learn project specifics
- Monitoring and Updating Project Schedules in BuilderTrend
- Participate in weekly project site meeting with owner and/or architect.
- QC and onsite supervision of ongoing projects
- Supervise day to day trade labor and material delivery
- Attend building inspections as needed
- Utilize and maintain BuilderTrend project management system including the completion of daily project logs.
- Respond to client and designer requests regarding additional selection options or additions to the scope of work
- Participate in the review, execution and processing of subcontractor agreements.
- Maintain project and subcontract records digitally.
- Compile and maintain project specific punch and warranty lists
- Participate in weekly team meetings and daily office meetings
- Completed special projects as requested

- Operate office equipment including computers and supporting software programs like Word,
Excel, Outlook, BuilderTrend, Dropbox, Asana and others as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
