We are currently seeking out Clinical Services Supervisors for a Crisis Contact Center in Colorado! As the Clinical Services Supervisor, you will initiate, communicate, and collaborate with the center's leadership on quality assurance, training, and clinical initiatives. You will directly supervise a team of crisis specialists who use their skills to deliver crisis intervention services to callers. You will work with the specialist team to develop and deliver services including risk assessment, brief interventions, and trauma-informed practice.
Round the clock schedules available for Day, Midday, and Overnight Shifts. Schedules are assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of clinical and administrative functions as instructed by the Director of Clinical Services in a 24/7/365 Contact Center.
- Provide timely and effective guidance, feedback, and coaching to a team of crisis specialists.
- Develop, review, and update crisis service offerings and clinical policies in a collaborative setting. Own responsibility for all crisis and clinical procedures.
- Display courteous, professional, and flexible behavior.
- Evaluate and monitor clinical and crisis KPIs (key performance indicators)
- Assess for quality and compliance, including conducting regular QA audits to deliver feedback loops for performance improvement
- Coach and oversee team leads to ensure smooth Call Center operations
- Development of all new team leads, crisis specialists, and peer support specialists
- Responsible for implementation and integration of trauma-informed care practices into oversight of clinical operations, supervision practices, and company policies
- Initiate, communicate, and collaborate effectively with Call Center leadership on a regular basis to ensure program service delivery, evaluation, coaching and outcomes, training, clinical initiatives, new projects, and team development
- Manage rotating clinical on-call responsibilities (roughly once per month) as needed
- Support all clinical staff through call monitoring, clinical staffing, and answering incoming crisis calls on an as-needed basis
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Behavioral Health or similar field of study
- Current Behavioral Health license (LPC, LAC, LMSW, LCSW, LAMFT, LMFT, etc.) OR an out of state Behavioral Health License, with ability to receive Board Endorsement
- Five or more years of experience in the Behavioral Health industry
- Two or more years of experience in crisis intervention
- One or more years of supervisory experience
