Seeking a Front Desk Agent, 7AM - 3PM
Job Summary:
Hotel Front Desk Agent responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
- Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
- Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
Other Responsibilities:
- Knowledgeable in hotel services and programs.
- May be required to assist in any and all departments in the hotel and directed by management.
Minimum Education and/or Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred
· Minimum one year of hotel front desk experience, experience handling cash, accounting procedures, and general administrative tasks
Requisite Abilities and/or Skills:
· Must be able to work weekends.
· Basic computer skills required.
· Customer Service attitude
· Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
