TERRITORY SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER – US South East/North East

We are looking for a motivated, determined, and enthusiastic Territory Sales Account Manager to join our US Commercial sales team. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth goals. You should be comfortable working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying leads, and closing sales!
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Present, promote and sell products/services using strong arguments to existing and potential customers to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.

- Solid experience with CRM software.
- Manage and provide continuous reporting on sales activities, forecast and actual sales
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes.
- Frequent travel required. Must possess a vehicle with a valid driver's license and be able to drive long distances and travel by plane.
- Strong business admin and computer skills.
- Prospect and generate new accounts in the US commercial market
- Account management: Establish and develop your customer database and maintain positive business and customer relationships to maximize sales potential.
- Timely lead response and management
- Business development: Research potential accounts, identify key players and generate interest through sales activities
- Comfortable reaching out to strategic customer leads through cold calling and other lead generation sources.
- Reactivate dormant accounts through sales activities.
- Attend assigned tradeshows and all required corporate sales meetings.
- Submit weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual sales and forecast reports to management team
- Conduct regular sales governance meetings with the territory sales directors
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
- Accelerate the resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met.
- Support sales activities and collaborate with diverse teams (marketing, customer service etc.)
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Report directly to US East Sales Director
- Perform all other related tasks as requested by the management team
APPLICANT PROFILE:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and negotiation.
- Packaging industry sales experience preferred.
- Knowledge of protective case industry a bonus
- College degree or any other relevant certifications.
- Must reside within the US – South East or North East
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with a CRM.

CORPORATE PACKAGE:
- Base salary $60,000 - $72,000 USD (100K potential)
- Bonus payout structure based on achieving annual sales budget
- No cap additional overachievement bonus payout at a rate of 2% on all sales over and above annual budget
